Eligibility for Return or Exchange

• We offer returns, exchanges, and refunds only in the case of a damaged or defective product. Please ensure the following criteria are met:
• – A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange request.
• – The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• – The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• – Tags, boxes, and pouches must be intact and returned along with the product.

Cases Eligible for Return or Exchange

• – Broken/damaged product received
• – Tarnished item on arrival
• – Wrong item delivered
• – Missing item from the package

Non-Returnable Cases

• – No unboxing video provided
• – Request raised after 24 hours of delivery
• – Minor color or design variation due to photography or lighting
• – Customer does not like the product after delivery (no damage)
• – Size issues if size is already mentioned in the description

Refund Policy

• – If your return is approved, your refund will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• – For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.

Exchange Process

• Attach the unboxing video and describe the issue clearly.
• Once approved, ship the product back to our address (you’ll receive details via email/WhatsApp).
• After verification, we’ll dispatch your exchange product or initiate a refund.
• All exchange product will be delivered in 5-7 business days

Shipping Charges

We use reliable third-party courier services to deliver our products. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we do not guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified of the estimated delivery timeline at the time of purchase.

All the orders will be dispatched in 3-4 business days and will be delivered in 7-10 business days.
