Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier partner.
You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
We currently deliver only within India. International shipping is launching soon.

All prices are displayed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
We accept secure online payments via Razorpay (debit/credit card, UPI, Net Banking).
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India. For COD orders, you will receive a confirmation call before dispatch from our warehouse.
Veda Jewels reserves the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice.

We ensure every product is carefully quality-checked. However, in the rare case that a customer receives a damaged product, we offer return/exchange/refund based on the following terms:
– An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any complaint.
– Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
– Once approved, we will offer an exchange or refund to your original payment method.
– Products must be unused, in original packaging, and not tampered with.

Our jewellery is a curated mix of imported, handmade, and ready-stock pieces.
Each piece is selected for premium quality and finish.
Minor variations in texture, shine, or polish are natural due to handmade craftsmanship and lighting conditions.
All designs are carefully packed with anti-tarnish protection for long-lasting use.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
